FAQs

When will my order ship? During non-busy times, orders ship within 5-7 business days. I do my best to keep this processing time during busy times. Please note during busy seasons tracking doesn't always update quickly (or at all).

Do you ship internationally? Yes!

What if my tracking stops showing movement? Head over to https://missingmail.usps.com and/or please contact me.

What kind of wax do you use? I use 100% US non-GMO soy-based wax. It is all-natural, certified Kosher, vegan-certified made with renewable vegetable sources. It is a rating of 1 on a scale of 1-10 from the Environmental Working Group and cleans up easily with soap and water.

What kind of dye do you use? I use a liquid dye and blend all my colors myself. Therefore, each batch is unique and may have slight variances.

What kind of fragrance oils do you use? I use the highest quality fragrance oils and when possible use phthalate-free fragrance oils. This information can be provided if you contact me.

Are your candles made in the USA? Yes! I am located in Cleveland, Ohio and all of my suppliers are US-based.

How long will it take my order to arrive? US-based orders can take anywhere from 2 business days to 7 business days (on average). International orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Please also see my policies for additional information.

What is frosting? Frosting is a layer of crystallization on 100% soy wax candles. I have no additives in my wax, so in colder temps especially, wax can frost. Going from warm to cold to warm to cold temperatures can also cause frosting. It is strictly cosmetic and can be remedied by remelting the top layer of wax. It does not affect candle performance.
